No. Because we're a design/build firm, you can come to us at the very beginning of the process. We can help develop the design, establish the scope of work, and guide the project through construction.
Yes. If you've already worked with an architect or designer, we're happy to review your plans and discuss whether your project is a good fit for our team.
Very involved. Your home should reflect how you live and what you love. We'll guide you through layouts, materials, finishes, fixtures, and other decisions while helping keep the overall design, budget, and construction requirements aligned.

Every renovation is different. Cost depends on the size and complexity of the project, existing conditions, materials and finishes, structural changes, and many other factors. Early in the process, we'll talk candidly about your budget and whether it aligns with the project you're considering.
As the design develops and selections are made, we're able to develop increasingly detailed pricing. Our goal is to address budget throughout the design process—not wait until the plans are finished to discover that the project and budget don't align.

Timelines vary significantly depending on the project's size and complexity. Before construction begins, we'll provide a project schedule and discuss what to expect. We'll also keep you informed as the project progresses.
Often, yes, but it depends on the scope of the renovation. For larger projects or renovations affecting major living areas, temporarily relocating may be more comfortable. We'll discuss this with you during planning so you can make the best decision for your family.
We coordinate the permitting and inspection process required for your project as part of our construction management.
Your project is managed by our team and completed by trusted trade professionals. We coordinate scheduling and oversee the work so you aren't responsible for managing individual subcontractors.
